Traveling across time zones can wreak havoc on your body’s internal clock, disrupt your routines, and make it challenging to maintain healthy habits. For busy Christian fathers who are CEOs, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives, staying healthy while traveling is essential to keep performing at your best and still have something left in the tank for your family.

Working in the venture-backed startup space, I used to travel 25% of the month and had to learn quickly what to do to maintain/improve my health while traveling and visiting with prospects and clients.
