New Chapter!
The Mission-Fit Father Book
Over the last few weeks, God put it on my heart to add one more chapter to The Mission-Fit Father Book that I previously omitted. It’s a profound chapter on the theology of the body and fitness and it describes things in understandable and impactful ways that you’ve probably never heard before.
It’s ready to share, but… it will first go out next week to any who previously bought a copy of the book, and likely release to the broader public in the New Year. If you want access to the bonus chapter - grab a copy today!
If you’re looking for encouragement as a father, a fresh vision, a battle-tested plan, and the tools you need to execute it consistently - this book delivers.
“To live as a Mission-Fit Father is to accept the mantle of leadership already placed on you—rooted in a clear vision, honed through rigorous training, and executed daily.”

Which got me thinking a lot about this particular challenge, and many other potential ones that are like it.
The reality is in life that there will always be different levels of execution that you can engage on in various arenas.

That said, there are also instructions on how to approach nutrition in a way that is “good, but not optimal” for those times where it’s needed.
And then there are also other varying levels below optimal and good.
Here's the truth: You don't have to eat perfectly to make progress. Perfect nutrition 100% of the time isn't required to be healthier than you are today.
Life sometimes throws curve balls, like kidney disease, that force us to adapt. When this happens, focus on what you can control. Maybe you can't eat meat, but you can:
