After logging over 3,500 hours in the gym across nearly 25 years and helping hundreds of fathers transform their lives, I'm sharing my most impactful insights.

My journey spans roles as a professional trainer, Army Ranger, D1 collegiate athlete, bodybuilder, powerlifter, and CrossFit competitor – all while balancing life as a husband and father of 5 boys.
