We’re going to talk about proven fat-loss methods today. Why?

With over 40% of the adult population being obese, Americans are constantly on the hunt for weight loss products, tips, and shortcuts but the rates of obesity and being overweight among adults continue to increase.

I see a few reasons for this, but one primary reason stands above the rest: A complete disregard for consistency around the compounding basics. What I mean by that is there are many different things that have a proven impact on fat loss. Some of them are harder, and some of them are super simple. When you increase the amount of these that you do at the same time, you compound your fat loss effects.

Here are my ___ shame-free tactics for fast faster fat loss.

1/ Prioritize Protein - You’ve heard me beat this dead horse into a second death here at MFD a bunch of times. Protein burns more calories being digested than fat or cabs. If you replace 20 grams of carbs with 20 grams of protein, you’re tripling the amount of calories that are burned in digestion. Do that on a large scale across your diet and BOOM. Huge impact.
