This week I shared in a couple of LinkedIn posts about habits and stirred up a lot of DM’s from men interested in the topic. One thing I’ve learned is if a few people reach out about it, there are countless others who are thinking the same thing but have remained silent.

So, let’s talk about habits for a moment.

As I mentioned in one post (you can read that post here) that reforming our identity is one of the key aspects of establishing new habits, or breaking old ones. There’s a ton of headwinds and resistance to how we confront the topic of identity in today’s day and age.
